The choice of four head tops, each of which can be used with either clean air supply system, covers virtually every potential application and many of the head tops combine respiratory protection with approved head, eye and welding protection elements for the most aggressive environments.

In addition, Protector's design team have build features into the system that increase duration, keep the wearer informed of the status of their respirator and, from their emphasis on ergonomic styling, have ensured the highest levels of user acceptance whilst keeping weight to a minimum and ensuring optimal comfort and balance.

WELDING MASKS

T-Four

T-Four is designed for welding and allows the wearer to choose from a range of welding visors. It delivers air to the wearer via a specially designed air duct that directs the airflow to the wearer whilst minimising 'wind in the eyes' discomfort. It also features a secondary polycarbonate visor to offer extra protection.

The Protector Welding Mask range includes T-Five, T-Six and T- Seven also.

EM300 Headband Earmuff The Australian made earmuff range designed for demanding noise level exposures, combining light weight comfort with excellent protection across the frequency range. High quality materials combined with the latest manufacturing techniques is your guarantee of performance, comfort and wearer acceptance. Wide soft foam filled earcushions combined with low clamping force pressure provide the optimum seal. The large foam lined ABS moulded plastic ear cups with integrally mounted pivot arms connect the stainless steel spring wire headband which is fitted with a soft foam filled PVC comfort pad. Twin stainless steel wire close fitting headband with comfort pad and slide adjustment for correct positioning and ease of fit. SLC80 rating 28dB

Gas Welding and Cutting Goggles The internationally popular green body welding goggles have long since been associated with the Protector brand. Moulded from soft, pliable, heat and spatter resistant plastic, these goggles are designed for oxy-acetylene and oxy-LPG welding and cutting. The range of different filter sizes and shapes has the renowned Tectorweld quality assurance. The green elastic head band provides positive goggle retention and wearer comfort. GW01, GRW14 and GWV42are the various models available in Protector Gas Welding and Cutting Goggles range.

Welder's Assistant Safety Spectacles These safety spectacles are designed specially for welder's assistants to protect them from stray radiation or welders' flash whilst working in the vicinity of the welder. Both models have nylon frames fitted with a shade 3 welding filter lens and black sideshields. Approved to AS/NZS 1338.1.
