MNF

The Euromate MNF is a portable extractor that, fitted with an extraction and exhaust hose, can be used to remove welding fumes from pipes, tanks and other restricted spaces. The extraction nozzle has an easily positioned magnetic foot so that it can always be positioned close to the welding point. The standard length of both the extraction and the exhaust hose is five metres. Both hoses can be extended to ten metres, if required.

MFD

The Euromate MFD mobile welding fume extractor with its 50m2 DuraFilter® is ahead of its competitors on all fronts. The disposable cartridge filter has been especially developed to filter out welding fumes and its special construction and SurfacePlus® treatment gives it some very exceptional characteristics. For the end-user this means a strong and above all constant suction level over a very long period. The DuraFilter® has a life many times longer than an ordinary cartridge filter. In this way, operating costs can be drastically reduced. These characteristics make the MFD welding fume extractor the unmistakable first choice if you want to extract your welding fumes in the best and cheapest way possible.

MFS	The MFS, Euromate's self-cleaning mobile filter is fitted with the RoboClean® system. This unique cleaning method, patented by Euromate, produces a powerful deep-acting pulse through each filter section. The residue is collected in a drawer, so that it is easy to remove. Together with the 30m2 SurfacePlus® treated cartridge filter and the pressure tank built into the filter, the RoboClean® technique ensures that the MFS has a considerable advantage over the current techniques. The strong, powerful suction, the compact construction, the competitive price and the low operational costs do much to ensure that the MFS is the best choice.

MFE	The Mobile MFE welding fume extractor has a cleanable electrostatic filter. This filter system was especially designed by Euromate for industrial use and has been used successfully for more than fifteen years. The filter system consists of three sections, the pre-filter, the ionisation section and the collector section. The filter sections can be easily removed from the equipment for cleaning. The MFE mobile welding fume extractor is used primarily for welding steel which has been treated with oil. The open structure of the MFE ensures a constant suction level and in its area of application, partly because of its low price, it is the most attractive choice in the market.

CentralFume Extraction Systems

A number of working areas separated by some distance from each other or of a situation in which fixed working areas must be moved in the course of time. Nevertheless, there are situations in which a central installation has its advantages. Euromate has two concepts in these cases - a Central Extraction System and a Central Filter System.
